Our responsibility

Page Background
As a family, team, and business, everyone at Robena embraces the social and moral responsibility to continually improve our products, processes, people, energy, and water usage. Our guiding principle is simple: "Leave it better than you found it," and it drives every aspect of our operations.
Service About
In collaboration with our customers, we strive to specify products that reduce waste, energy consumption, and pollution. Driven by our commitment to improvement, we are working towards achieving zero-plastic operations. We have already reduced plastic packaging and products in our incoming supply chain by 90% and in our outgoing processes by 95%, ensuring that we leave the industry better than we found it.

In our factory, over 45% of our energy usage is supplemented by solar power. We are also making continuous progress in reducing electricity and fuel consumption through the use of LED lighting and by converting our fleet to hybrid electric vehicles. Each of these initiatives reflects our unwavering focus on leaving our environment in better condition for future generations.

At Robena, we upcycle all surplus materials and fabrics through a local network of schools, colleges, and craft groups, embodying our commitment to community and sustainability. By ensuring that these materials find new life, we are actively contributing to a cycle of improvement.
We proudly support local charities such as The Salvation Army and Candlelighters, and extend our reach internationally through our work with Orphans In Need. These efforts reflect our belief that our social contributions should always leave the communities we touch in a better place.

Our environmental management systems are aligned with ISO 14001 standards, and we are actively working towards achieving full accreditation in the near future. This pursuit of excellence underscores our commitment to responsible environmental practices, ensuring that we consistently leave our environment better than we found it.
