The Reserve at Chester Zoo is a pioneering collection of luxury safari style lodges set within the zoo’s sweeping Heart of Africa landscape. Designed to immerse guests in the sights and sounds of nature, the lodges overlook a private savannah where giraffes, zebras and antelope roam freely. This landmark project combines hospitality and conservation, offering a truly unique guest experience in the UK.
Robena was entrusted with the full soft furnishings roll out across the lodges and welcome areas. Our in-house team crafted tailored blackout solutions, flowing sheers and bespoke drapery that enhance comfort, privacy and connection to the surrounding landscape. We also specified and installed hand operated tracks within the lodges and electric roller blinds in the central welcome space, ensuring discreet functionality with precision performance.
The result is an environment where craftsmanship, nature and design come together in harmony. From calming guest spaces to the refined central welcome area, our soft furnishings elevate the atmosphere and create a sense of quiet luxury.
